After missing out on her own wedding photography, Alex turned wedding + couples photography into her full time job to make sure others don't miss out on the things she did. She thrives off being able to make anyone comfortable in front of the camera. The Office, an excuse to run to Target and time with her two daughters and husband are all the ways to her heart.
Chelsea's favorite things to photograph during the wedding day are the little moments of candid interaction and when she can whisk the couple away for some alone time during Sunset. she absolutely loves road trips, mountain adventures, and hitting up new restaurants. Together she and her husband take care of four cats and a crazy three-year-old named Forest.
Laurel is a big fan of the candid moments from getting ready all the way to the dance party. After the first looks, her next favorite part of the day is the reception - so don't be surprised if you see her busting a move on the dance floor! Her perfect night would be spent playing games with friends and watching Schitt's Creek while eating homemade pizza with a mule in hand!
Hey, hey!! I'm Katie. I'm a crazy mom to 3 kiddos with my husband of 10 years, and 2 pups (Bella and Apollo!) I absolutely L-O-V-E to read. Everything I can get my hands on. Fiction, non-fiction, biographies, articles, recipes- I just can’t help it! Add a caramel macchiato and I'm in heaven.
I am an Audiologist by day ("raise your hand when you hear the beep!"), and began my photography journey approximately 4 years ago shortly after the birth of my youngest. Honestly? I've loved photography since my first high school class, but was told it was a hobby, not a career, so I pushed my passion aside to pursue my academics. Fast forward to undergrad (Go Panthers!), a wedding, grad school (Go Huskies!), a career in healthcare, and 3 babies later (!!!), and I needed something for ME. Enter: Photography. It was just what I needed to "fill my cup".
Wedding photography came into my life mostly by accident as my professional and educational career revolved around animals. I like to joke that I live through every wedding I photograph because my husband and I eloped & hanging out with amazing couples on their wedding day more than makes up for it! Together we take care of four cats and a crazy three-year-old named Forest. I absolutely love road trips, mountain adventures, and hitting up new restaurants. My family is always decorating and making our 100yo bungalow cottage into a cozy home. My favorite things to photograph during the wedding day are the little moments of candid interaction and when I can whisk the couple away for some alone time during Sunset. I have a soft spot for backyard boho weddings with a DIY and unique feeling.
