Let me tell you all about the amazing day I had during this downtown Madison Wisconsin couples session with Lehandra and Sean.

Before the session

I connected with Leh over TikTok (iykyk—and if you don’t, go give her a follow), and we planned a session right in the heart of downtown. They grabbed some coffee (I had already had my fill, so I managed to resist grabbing another cup), and we kicked off the morning outside the Wisconsin State Capitol. The sun was shining, and for February, it wasn’t all that cold! Leh and Sean were playing the main character role outside the Capitol, and they absolutely crushed it.

We decided to briefly ditch the outdoors and explore the Capitol’s interior, soaking in the historical architecture. The vibe inside was a whole mood, and they made it even better. Picture love in the halls and stairwell—classy and timeless. The marble columns and grand staircases provided a stunning backdrop that made every photo feel like it belonged in a classic romance film. Leh and Sean were naturals, and their chemistry was evident in every shot.

After exploring the Capitol, we headed deeper into downtown Madison. The city streets were buzzing with energy, and we took advantage of the vibrant urban setting. From cozy cafes to colorful murals, Madison offered endless opportunities for capturing unique and memorable moments. Leh and Sean were up for anything, and their playful spirits made the session incredibly fun and relaxed.

After the session

After our session, we were hungry and grabbed some local Vietnamese food, and I’m still dreaming about it. There’s nothing like bonding over some good food, am I right? We shared laughs and stories over delicious dishes, making the day even more memorable.

Madison was absolutely giving, but Leh and Sean, even though they said they were “awkward,” completely owned this session. Their love and connection shone through, creating photos that truly captured their relationship.
