I'm a mom of three girls under 10 so I know what it feels like to blink and suddenly everything has changed. I show up to every session ready for whatever your season of life looks like, chaotic toddlers, emotional maternity moments, proud senior portraits or golden hour family chaos. I get it because I'm living it too. And I promise whatever happens during our session we're going to end up with something beautiful.

A: Every session includes outfit guidance so you'll never be staring at your closet wondering what to do. Generally I recommend coordinating without fully matching, think similar tones, textures and vibes rather than everyone in the same color. I'll send you a full guide when you book.
Q: what should we wear?
A: I have go-to locations across Waverly, Cedar Falls and the surrounding area depending on the vibe you're going for, open fields, wooded areas, downtown backdrops and waterside spots. I'll suggest the perfect location based on your session type and the season. Studio sessions will also be available starting May 2026.
Q: where will we shoot?
A: Yes! Maternity sessions are some of my absolute favorites. There is something so special about capturing that season before everything changes. I also offer newborn lifestyle sessions which focus on real family moments rather than posed newborn setups.
Q: do you offer maternity and newborn sessions?
A: Yes to both! Senior sessions are such a fun milestone to capture. We'll find locations and a vibe that feels completely like you, not like every other senior portrait you've ever seen. Branding sessions are also available for small business owners, entrepreneurs and creatives who need photos that actually represent their personality and their work. Both are available outdoors and in the studio starting May 2026.

A: Warm, golden and completely candid. I'm not a poser, I'm a storyteller. I show up to every session ready to capture your people exactly as they are right now, in this season, in this moment. I use prompts that feel natural so nobody is standing around awkwardly waiting to be told what to do. The goal is always the same, photos that look exactly like your family actually feels.
