Hannah and Nathan celebrated their love with a tropical, dreamy beach wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic at Riu Naiboa. This destination wedding was a magical experience.

Our journey began with an early wake-up call to catch our flight. However, we encountered some issues that caused a delay. This situation served as a vivid reminder of why photographers should always plan their flights with extra time to spare. After a brief delay, we boarded a flight the next morning and finally arrived in Punta Cana.

Once we landed, we met Hannah by the pool, which was a fantastic way to kick off our time in paradise. We then took some time to explore the local shops and take in the breathtaking views of the beach and ocean for the first time. Seeing those stunning vistas was an unforgettable moment. A few weeks later, I experienced another beautiful beach destination in Florida, but the initial awe of Punta Cana remained unmatched.

The Wedding Day

The wedding day itself was nothing short of perfect. Despite a forecast that predicted rain, the day unfolded beautifully. A light sprinkle added a refreshing touch to the celebration, enhancing the charm of their beach wedding. Hannah and Nathan had faced numerous challenges while planning their wedding, including navigating the difficulties of COVID and other hurdles, but their dream day came together in the most wonderful way.

Witnessing their joy and capturing their special moments in such a picturesque setting made every effort worth it. I’m overjoyed for Hannah and Nathan and honored to have been part of their gorgeous beach wedding in Punta Cana.
