Kansas City Engagement Session

I took a mini road trip out to Kansas City in April to photograph Alana and Isaac’s Engagement session with my teammate Laurel. We had so much fun checking out the shops and having a night on the town.

We decided to check out a few spots for photos while we were in Kansas City, MO. We headed over to the Prairie Fire Museum (and totally didn’t think of the fact that it was PROM night when we arrived. It was PACKED.. oops. We didn’t let that stop us though!) and used the amazing stained glass as a backdrop to their photos. It was absolutely stunning. Not to mention this couple is just so dang cute they made it easy for us!

After taking photos at the Prairie Fire Museum we headed over to Loose Park. It was amazing to see the trees blooming! Everything was still dead in Iowa so we were thrilled to see green grass and blooming flowers. I highly recommend Loose Park for photos!

After our session was over, we all headed to Mission Taco for dinner. It was such a fun time I wish we could do it all over again. I am so excited for Alana and Isaac’s wedding day.
